On 28th August 2007, 110 passport photographs of senior citizens were in a waste paper bin in an office in Southend. Trying to determine everything possible from the photos, each person was assigned with what is believed to be their name and reports on small details about their lives in straight forward captions.

These intriguing accounts of life hint at a story but withhold important details; therefore it is left to the viewer to assign their own interpretation to piece together the narrative. These insightful observations and alternative accounts of life (be they real or imagined) revive these rescued items to being more than forgotten trash.
